William ate his breakfast of an egg with two strips of bacon before setting out for the park. Before leaving his house, he donned his hat since the weather looked slightly like rain. He also stuffed his book into his backpack to read while waiting for Sarah, who was out walking the baby in the pram. He didn’t feel like walking with her, and he knew this would cause a fight later on, and they would probably miss out on the film they had planned on later for tonight.

William took out his phone and looked for the app with the music note on it that held his favorite music. The leaves had already started to change, and they drifted down around him while he was sitting on a bench. Before reading, he checked out the local news and was shocked to hear that their block of row houses had been taken out by a hand grenade tossed into the one in the middle, causing complete damage to their home and to the ones on either side of theirs. The other houses in the row suffered milder damage.

William frantically searched for Sarah in the park with the pram and their only child. He finally saw her approaching him, and he rushed over to her, telling her what had just happened to their house, according to the local news.

She slapped him across the face and shouted,” What have you done now, William?”
