Take It or Leave It

Standing on the curb, Roger and Marjorie looked the house over. It would need a lot of work to make it presentable. The rest of the property required an excellent gardener’s touch. Marjorie didn’t think it was worth the trouble. However, Roger was in love with the property. He started to list what needed to be done to fix up the property to resell it and came up with a rough estimate on the costs.

He turned to the real estate agent and started to haggle over the price. “The owners won’t come down anymore. Take it or leave it.”

Tomorrow is my first trip with Logisticare and they will take me to my doctor’s appointment and bring me home so no more driving to most of my doctor’s appointments and it is paid for by Medicaid.
